This is by the K-Mart on Wendover, when they were tearing up the lot to put in the new Biscuitville and Panda Express. We couldn't figure out why they didn't just tow the car, but instead they dug all around it. The funny thing was it stayed there for about a week or so, not really sure what happened to it.
